We accept payments in cash on the day or via PayPal in advance. Online bookings require full payment upfront, and party/group bookings need a £50 deposit via PayPal, with the balance due on the day. Please note that cheque payments are not accepted.

To cancel or change your appointment, please provide 48 hours' notice to avoid being charged in full. You may cancel directly by phone. Additionally, appointments must be rebooked within one hour of the request and taken within 14 days, subject to availability.
Due to Data Protection concerns, we no longer offer recording services unless a signed form is provided. However, you are welcome to record the session on your own device.
Yes, Dale Hartnell reserves the right to cancel any appointment at his discretion, guided by his Spirit Team. In such cases, a full refund will be provided. Note that after a refunded appointment, further readings will not be offered to the same client.
